For Example; This Tester pictured to the right is called a "Line EMI Meter", it measures the level of Electromagnetic Interference Noise with any Electrical Fixture or Electronic Device, this noise can be a Low Humming or Vibrating Frequency that is called "Dirty Electric", not good for you or other electronic equipment.
